Thank you for visiting Whiskey Mountain. Our goal is to provide great product quality and customer service. If for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact us so that we can resolve your issue.
We are a wholesale company so please make sure to provide your tax ID number.
There is no minimum order amount but each item has a minimum order quantity.
If you don’t receive your full order items not received will be backordered unless "No Backorder" is requested.
Please specify your ship date on all orders.
We accept MC, Visa, AMX and Net 30 terms upon request. All late payments will be subject to a 1.5% per month service charge. All returned checks, NSF or Stop Payment’s will be charged $35.00.
Our preferred shipping method is FDX ground. Please specify if you are requesting a different shipping method.
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving shipment for any returns or damaged items.
